Today in Class
As a whole group we discussed rational numbers and what they are. Many students had heard of rational numbers and were able to give examples. The easiest definition is any number that can be written as a fraction is a rational number.
The class was then presented with this chart:
After we discussed as a whole group the things that they noticed about the chart, students were broken into groups of 2 to solve the following problems:
